About these Terms and Conditions:  In these Terms and Conditions we and us mean Honey Cup Kids and you means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between Honey Cup Kids and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Pricing

All Honey Cup Kids product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). Honey Cup Kids reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.  GST is not applicable to exports orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

Honey Cup Kids understands that if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or if you have made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order we can offer a credit for the product purchased or to exchange for an alternative item.

• Our return policy will allow you to receive a Credit Voucher provided you return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the original packaging including labels and tags still being attached. If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a credit may not be offered. Clothing items may not be returned if they have been worn, or if sewing tags have been removed. Return postage is at your expense.
• The Credit Voucher will be to the value of the item purchased and calculated on the rate of exchange at the time of purchase (for International customers only), once the item is returned. ‘Credit’ allow you to purchase something different all together, after having viewed your original purchase. Once we have received your returned item or the refund has been approved according to your issue, we will then send you either notification of receipt of your item and/or an email issuing you a credit Refund. A credit of the purchase price will be emailed to you. Which you can then use on a future purchase/s. You must also notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of your product being dispatched from our warehouse of any damage or faults. After this time period your product’s normal warranty applies. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us at customerservice@honeycupkids.com and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
• Delivery charges are not refundable and additional delivery charges will be incurred unless the item is faulty, as described in the faulty goods area.
• Sale items are not refundable.
• All credit refunds will be issued via the same method used to purchase the items.

Out of stock items

Should an item you select be out of stock, a representative from Honey Cup Kids will make contact to advise on the expected delivery time.

Faulty Goods

Please contact Honey Cup Kids within 14 days from the date of receiving the products to arrange for a credit exchange. No charge will be incurred by you for any extra postage. Please contact us to arrange return postage.

Warranties are made by the manufacturers directly please contact Honey Cup Kids in the first instance we can advise how to proceed. 

Loss or damage in transit

Honey Cup Kids will take great care in packing and boxing all product orders and will use Australia Posts reliable mailing service. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us immediately by phone or email to allow us to fast track the delivery issue.

Please note however that Honey Cup Kids will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post. However Australia Post offers a registered post service should you wish to insure the delivery and traceability of delivered products?

Please note that such faults or inaccuracies may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
